Cuyler is a 2013 graduate of Penta Career Center where he studied EMT/ Fire Science. Upon Graduation he joined Central Joint Fire District in Wood County were he obtained his Firefighter I and Haz-Mat Technician. Cuyler joined Napoleon Fire and Rescue in December of 2015 as a part-time firefighter and EMT. Since joining Napoleon Fire & Rescue, Cuyler has obtained his Firefighter II, Advanced EMT, Fire & EMS-Instructor, Bluecard Command along with several other specialty certifications, and is currently enrolled in paramedic school. Cuyler was promoted to the position of Lieutenant in May of 2021 where he is assigned to “C” Shift under the direction of Captain Reiser. Cuyler is assigned to handle social media and recruitment at Napoleon Fire & Rescue.  Along with serving Napoleon Fire & Rescue, Cuyler is a full-time firefighter/AEMT for the Village of Swanton Fire & Rescue Division.

Cuyler currently resides in a neighboring community with his wife and 3 young kids. In the summer you will often find Cuyler and his family taking small weekend trips or camping at a local campground.
